It comes in black powder coated matte finish depicting a beautiful handcrafted mesh pattern formed using diagonal bars all over. It is ideal for storing fruits or vegetables and can also be used to organise crockery. It is a very modish storage solution that can be put in your kitchen & pantries or be gifted to your loved ones on special occasions such as anniversaries, house warming and festivals.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges on eligible products within 3 days of delivery.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order through WhatsApp or the contact details provided on our website.

The product must:

• Be unused and unworn.
• Be in its original condition.
• Have all original tags and packaging intact.
• Not have any stains, marks, odour, alterations or signs of wear
• Be returned with all accompanying accessories, if applicable.
  
  All exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by our team.
  
  Store Credit
  
  Approved exchanges will be processed through store credit. We do not offer monetary refunds for eligible returns or exchanges.
  
  Store credit can be used towards a future purchase from Rara by Rishika and will be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.
  
  Non-Exchangeable Products

• Garments altered specifically according to customer requirements.
• Products that have been worn, washed, dry-cleaned or damaged after delivery.
  
  Damaged or Incorrect Products
  
  We take great care to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  
  Please share clear photographs and/or a video of the product and packaging with our team through WhatsApp. Our team will review the issue and assist you with the appropriate resolution.
