- There could be a slight variation in the dual tone glazing/color/finish on the product, as the glazing is done inside the furnace fired at 1280 degree celsius to make the product sturdy and due to the natural property of the studio glazing it is impossible to predict the color of the glazing/finish which will eventually come on the product after the firing process.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges on eligible products within 3 days of delivery.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order through WhatsApp or the contact details provided on our website.

The product must:

• Be unused and unworn.
• Be in its original condition.
• Have all original tags and packaging intact.
• Not have any stains, marks, odour, alterations or signs of wear
• Be returned with all accompanying accessories, if applicable.

  Store Credit
  
  Approved exchanges will be processed through store credit. We do not offer monetary refunds for eligible returns or exchanges.
  
  Store credit can be used towards a future purchase from Rara by Rishika and will be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.
