3) Use Mild Detergent.
4) Can be cleaned with Pitambari powder or household sour elements like wheat+vinegar or lime.
5) Apply a mixture of flour, salt and white vinegar to remove the blackness from Brass.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges on eligible products within 3 days of delivery.

The product must:

• Be in its original condition.
• Have all original tags and packaging intact.
• Not have any stains, marks, odour, alterations or signs of wear
• Be returned with all accompanying accessories, if applicable.

  Store Credit
  
  Approved exchanges will be processed through store credit. We do not offer monetary refunds for eligible returns or exchanges.
  
  Store credit can be used towards a future purchase from Rara by Rishika and will be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.
