COLLECTION STORY

The resplendent fields of West Bengal have proven to be the dwelling for the extravagant jute material for over 150 years. The marvelous fields and the hardworking farmers of these fields have been anonymously working towards the plantation and growth of jute for decades. The Journey of Jute from field to homes is filled with joy and excitement. The crops are harvested after they flower, fibre is extracted from the harvested crops by fermentation, which is further cleaned & dried and used for Industrial purposes. The chirping birds, blooming plant buds, light breeze, and the standing water have all been witnesses of how patiently Jute is taken care of and cultivated. The versatility of this journey is recognized worldwide as this is eco-friendly and sustainable.

Inspired by the dynamic harvesting process; and sturdy and versatile nature of jute and the soothing growing jute fields of West Bengal, the collection- 'Journeys of Jute'includes a wide range of products mainly hanging pendant lamps which are prominently handmade using Iron and Jute detailing with cotton and cane ropes. These pendant lamps come in different shapes such as spherical, conical, etc., and have been hand-made using different bright and appealing shades. • Not have any stains, marks, odour, alterations or signs of wear
• Be returned with all accompanying accessories, if applicable.

  Approved exchanges will be processed through store credit. We do not offer monetary refunds for eligible returns or exchanges.
